Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Analyst (Senior) to join our team. In this role, you will analyze and improve computer systems to address complex data processing challenges in science, engineering, business, and other domains. Your focus will be on automating and enhancing existing systems to meet user requirements and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, and system problems to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to recommend enhancements or new solutions.
- Assess and recommend commercially available software to meet specific business needs and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that system upgrades and modifications align with organizational goals and technical standards.
- Evaluate current systems to identify areas for optimization and implement solutions that enhance performance and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- At least 9 years of experience in computer systems analysis or a related field.
- Strong background in evaluating and improving systems across various domains.
- Expertise in analyzing user requirements and recommending software solutions.
- Solid understanding of system capabilities, workflow optimization, and scheduling.
